Here's our plan for the week-
Monday- Sesame ginger stir-fry with brown rice
Tuesday- Chicken burritos
Wednesday-Baked fish, veggies, and brown rice
Thursday- Brushetta chicken bake with salad
Friday- No cooking...attending a xmas party!
Saturday- Black bean chili

I never plan for specific days, but these are our meals for the week:

Spinach lasagna
Tomato cappelini
Chicken (crock-pot) with mushroom rice pilaf
Onion soup
(last night we had turkey dumplings that Casey made and they were amazing.)

All of those sound great! I need to get back into trying new things. I seem to make the same stuff over and over. I got the chili recipe from my mom...not sure where she got it.
If this is the one you got from your mom, then it's Everyday Food. I use a small amount of chipotle podwer instead of chili powder when I make this:

Nope, our recipe is a little bit different. I love the idea of adding zucchini! Sounds yummy!
